Delivery/Shipping
Where do you deliver?
All of our products are available for local delivery within New York City. We deliver within a 9 mile radius from our studio in downtown Brooklyn. For delivery outside of these areas, please email us at info@shopnettle.com.
How much is delivery?
Certain products, such as our Monthly Bouquet subscriptions already have delivery included in the price. For all other products, our delivery fees are based on distance from our studio. Delivery fees are calculated upon checkout. Delivery fees are as follows:
- 1 mile - $10
- 3 miles - $20
- 5 miles - $30
- 7 miles - $35
- 9 miles - $40
When will my products ship?
For our products that are shippable, we ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after the order is received.
Monthly Bouquet
When will I receive my monthly bouquet?
Bouquets are delivered once a month, usually on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. To see when the next upcoming delivery date is, visit the product page here.
Why can’t I select which day of the month my monthly bouquet is sent?
Currently, in order to pass along the best possible pricing to you, we only send out monthly bouquets on the pre-determined day. If you’d like to order a custom bouquet for any other day, please email us at info@shopnettle.com
When am I billed for my subscription?
Your subscription order is charged to your credit card every month on the 5th. To make any changes for the upcoming month's bouquet order, please do so before the 5th.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Your personal link to manage your subscription can be found in your initial subscription order email. If you need help locating the link, please email us at info@shopnettle.com.
